- Oversee capital expenditure budgets and long-term asset preservation strategies for the entire portfolio.
- Report operational metrics and financial results to the Board of Directors and institutional investors.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and property management companies to ensure service quality.
- Develop internal organizational structures that support scalable growth and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, finance, or real estate management is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior real estate operations or property management.
- Extensive knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program and Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-state residential portfolios at an executive level.
