Responsibilities
- Direct all production activities to ensure products are manufactured on schedule and within budget.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and maximize output.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to plant safety, quality, and labor efficiency.
- Manage the annual operational budget and capital expenditure plans for facility upgrades.
- Lead industrial relations and workforce development programs to maintain a skilled labor pool.
- Ensure total compliance with all local and international environmental and occupational health regulations.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related industrial field is mandatory.
- At least ten years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence frameworks such as Lean or Total Quality Management is essential.
- Proven experience in financial management, including P&L responsibility for a significant business unit.
- Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations and labor laws relevant to industrial settings.

- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree in operations management is highly preferred.
