- Implement enterprise-level technology solutions including electronic health records and practice management software.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to patient volume, labor costs, and supply chain efficiency.
- Lead regional managers and site leads to maintain high standards of patient care during transitions.
- Report operational performance and integration progress to the board of directors and private equity partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of operational leadership experience within a multi-site healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful organizational integration or post-merger activities.
- Deep expertise in healthcare financial management and revenue cycle optimization.
- Master of Business Administration or a Master of Healthcare Administration degree.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and risk management protocols.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and performance monitoring software.
