Responsibilities

- Serve as a proxy for the executive in meetings, providing guidance and making decisions within delegated authority limits.
- Oversee special projects such as geographic expansions, mergers and acquisitions integration, or organizational restructuring.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-level project management within a technology company.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive and board-level audiences.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and operational forecasting.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and modern technology infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
