Responsibilities
- Direct the executive office's operational cadence by managing leadership meetings and tracking follow-up actions.
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives that do not yet have a permanent functional home within the company.
- Draft internal and external executive communications including board materials, company-wide updates, and keynote presentations.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies by redesigning cross-functional workflows and reporting structures.
- Serve as a proxy for the executive in meetings to ensure strategic alignment and timely decision-making.
- Oversee the annual planning process and coordinate the setting and tracking of key performance indicators.
- Manage sensitive human resources or organizational design challenges on behalf of the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth operations roles.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
- Strong foundational knowledge of software development lifecycles or artificial intelligence business models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive and board-level interactions.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure environments.
