- Represent the foundation at public speaking engagements, industry conferences, and legislative hearings.
- Oversee the development of community health needs assessments to identify service gaps and investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Ten or more years of experience in senior leadership within the non-profit, healthcare, or philanthropic sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of healthcare policy, community health dynamics, and the non-profit regulatory environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for navigating diverse organizational and community stakeholders.
