- Manage the company’s burn rate to extend runway while meeting aggressive growth targets.
- Collaborate with legal and engineering teams to manage intellectual property valuations and compliance risks.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or venture capital.
- Proven track record of leading successful equity or debt financing rounds for technology companies.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and strategic planning for high-growth software-as-a-service businesses.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a professional accounting certification such as a CPA.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and the financial reporting requirements for venture-backed startups.
