Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor degree or a Master of Business Administration from an accredited institution.
- Extensive leadership experience in corporate compliance, legal affairs, or internal auditing.
- Certification as a Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar professional accreditation.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act or GDPR.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale organizational projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders.
