- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create consistent messaging for donor outreach materials.
- Report to the Board of Directors on fundraising progress, financial projections, and donor retention metrics.
- Plan and execute high-profile gala events, donor appreciation ceremonies, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience in professional fundraising or non-profit management.
- Proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts from individual or institutional donors.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and financial oversight of large-scale development budgets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level presentations and proposals.
- Experience with donor management software and customer relationship management systems.
- Bachelor degree in business administration, communications, or a field related to the organization's mission.

- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) or Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive (ACFRE) credential.
