Responsibilities

- Advocate for customer-centric product features during strategic planning sessions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value and expansion revenue.
- Oversee the implementation of customer feedback loops and Net Promoter Score programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to active user.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large, multi-functional teams in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, LTV, CAC, and NRR.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills for executive-level presentations.
- Strategic experience in change management and organizational design.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software and data analytics platforms.
