- Optimize studio resource allocation to ensure all design teams are appropriately staffed for active project phases.
- Refine internal operational processes to improve project delivery efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Supervise the implementation of enterprise resource planning and project management software across the firm.
- Collaborate with firm principals to execute long-term strategic growth and market expansion plans.
- Oversee contract negotiations and risk management protocols for major architectural service agreements.
- Lead the administrative and facilities functions to maintain an effective physical and digital work environment.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, architecture, or a related management field is mandatory.
- Ten or more years of experience in operational management within the professional services or AEC industry is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and the interpretation of architectural practice metrics is essential.
- Professional proficiency in industry-standard project management and accounting software is necessary.
