Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architectural design and construction of eco-friendly lodging units and communal facilities.
• Implement comprehensive land management plans to ensure minimal impact on local biodiversity and ecosystems.
• Manage daily hospitality operations including guest relations, staffing, and luxury amenity procurement.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to position the retreat within the global sustainable tourism market.
• Monitor and maintain off-grid utility systems including solar power, water filtration, and composting facilities.
• Negotiate partnerships with local suppliers and artisans to integrate regional culture into the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all regional zoning, environmental, and safety regulations for outdoor hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or the operation of outdoor tourism facilities.
• Technical knowledge of sustainable building practices and renewable energy infrastructure.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial management and operational budgeting for small-to-medium enterprises.
