- Establish rigorous quality control protocols and stress-testing procedures for new product lines.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Motorsport Technology is essential.
- Proficiency in professional CAD software such as SolidWorks, Catia, or Autodesk Inventor is required.
- Demonstrated experience in structural analysis and Finite Element Analysis software is mandatory.
- Knowledge of high-performance manufacturing processes including carbon fiber molding and CNC machining is necessary.
