- Train parents and caregivers on specific behavioral strategies to support client progress outside of clinical sessions.
- Analyze longitudinal data sets to evaluate the effectiveness of current treatment methodologies.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers and speech therapists to coordinate holistic care.
Qualifications
- Completion of a bachelor degree from an accredited institution in a related field such as psychology or education.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst from the BACB.
- Documented completion of supervised fieldwork hours as defined by the certifying board.
- Proficiency in behavioral data collection software and graphing techniques.
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional standards within the field of behavior analysis.
