- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols regarding chemical storage, electrical hazards, and fire suppression systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline.
- Certification in high-voltage safety and industrial electrical standards.
- Extensive experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Power Conversion Systems (PCS).
- Proficiency in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, and CANbus.
- Demonstrated experience in commissioning grid-scale energy storage projects.
- Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and handle industrial-grade electrical equipment.
