Responsibilities

- Investigate reports of mechanical failures or malfunctions to determine root causes and corrective actions.
- Approve or reject work performed by maintenance technicians based on established safety criteria.
- Evaluate the quality control systems of external parts suppliers and repair vendors.
- Verify that all specialized tools and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
- Draft comprehensive inspection reports documenting discrepancies and required remediation steps.
Qualifications
- An FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate or equivalent national aviation authority license.
- Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance or aerospace manufacturing environments.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FAA Part 145 or EASA Part 145.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
- High level of competency in technical writing and digital record-keeping systems.
