- Facilitate onboarding processes for new athletes, including housing assistance and community integration.
- Monitor athlete social media activity and public engagements to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Review and execute logistics for community outreach programs and charitable foundation initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding athlete engagement levels and sponsorship fulfillment status.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in sports management, communications, or a related business field is mandatory.
- Proven experience working within a professional sports organization or talent management agency.
