Responsibilities

- Supervise cleaning and facility crews to maintain high standards of sanitation and aesthetic appeal for patrons.
- Enforce strict adherence to building codes, fire safety regulations, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards.
- Coordinate with event promoters and vendors to meet specific technical and logistical requirements for each booking.
- Oversee the inventory and procurement of facility equipment, supplies, and specialized tools.
- Monitor energy consumption and utility systems to optimize operational costs and sustainability targets.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in facility management or operations within a large-scale public venue.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building automation systems and industrial HVAC operations.
- Current certification in workplace safety protocols and emergency management procedures.
- Proven experience in managing and scheduling large teams of technical and custodial staff.
- A post-secondary degree or technical diploma in facility management, engineering, or a related field.
