Responsibilities
- Direct the implementation and configuration of advanced anesthesia workstations across hospital networks.
- Conduct comprehensive training programs for anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists on new equipment functionality.
- Analyze clinical workflows to recommend software and hardware adjustments that improve patient monitoring accuracy.
- Liaise between hospital administration and device manufacturers to resolve systemic technical failures or safety concerns.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for anesthesia delivery systems.
- Develop standardized operating procedures for the routine maintenance and calibration of monitoring technologies.
- Provide on-site clinical support during the initial deployment phases of high-risk medical technologies.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in a clinical field such as Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or Biomedical Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a perioperative or critical care clinical setting.
- Current certification as an Anesthesia Technologist or a relevant clinical license is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation and troubleshooting of multi-parameter patient monitors and ventilators.
- Experience in clinical education or staff development within a healthcare organization.

- A Master of Science in Health Informatics or Healthcare Administration.
- Specialized certification in medical device consulting or clinical systems management.
