Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate policies for the ethical development and deployment of AI models.
• Monitor global legislative developments to ensure organizational compliance with emerging AI regulations and standards.
• Lead cross-functional committees to evaluate the societal and ethical impact of new algorithmic products.
• Establish transparency and accountability protocols for automated decision-making systems.
• Conduct risk assessments for third-party AI tools and data procurement strategies.
• Advise senior leadership on the reputational and legal implications of specific cognitive technology initiatives.
• Draft formal responses to government inquiries and industry-wide policy consultations.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related interdisciplinary field.
• Extensive experience in technology policy, regulatory compliance, or data privacy at a senior level.
• Demonstrated understanding of machine learning lifecycles and algorithmic bias mitigation techniques.
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
• Expert knowledge of existing data protection frameworks such as GDPR or the AI Act.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex technical risks to executive boards.
