Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or a Master’s degree in Applied Ethics, Law, or a closely related field.
- Extensive professional experience in regulatory compliance, technology law, or data privacy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and the architectural constraints of large language models.
- Experience drafting and implementing enterprise-wide policy frameworks for emerging technologies.
- Certification in privacy professional standards such as CIPP/US or CIPP/E.
